Mala Beach

Mala beach is probably the most beautiful beach on the Côte d’Azur… An exclusive and privileged location, which makes this place one of the rare oases still preserved from mass tourism.

In a preserved cove, with crystal clear waters with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat peninsula, a stone’s throw from Monaco, Once there, there is a public area where everything the world can settle down. There are also two private beach restaurants that make you want to settle in with a cocktail, a fish dish and the sea as your only view: Eden and La Mala Reserve.

The atmosphere is really calmer than elsewhere in the department. All the ingredients are there to spend a pleasant time with family, friends or lovers.

Ports of Monaco, a luxurious setting

Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, the Principality of Monaco has two ports that are worth the detour.

  • Port Hercule, a natural bay located at the foot of the rock and the only deep water port on the Côte d’Azur.

If originally, the Port Hercules was a place where only commercial ships (the Phoenicians, the Phocaeans then the Romans) stopped, today it welcomes superb yachts. It was Prince Albert I who had it built at the beginning of the 20th century. We can now contemplate the statue of Hercules, protector of this port of the Principality.

The Yacht Club of Monaco is based there, a nautical club founded in 1953 and chaired since 1984 by H.S.H. Prince Albert II, its new headquarters has remained since 2014 on the Quai Louis II, a masterful building designed by the architect Norman Foster.

Very luxury yachts can also stop there: for a stopover or a longer stay.

  • The Port of Fontveille, artificial port built at the time of the sea extension of the Fontvielle district

A marina par excellence, it was created as a result of the economic development of Monaco, during the offshore extension carried out between 1966 and 1973. Located in the heart of the residential district of Fontvieille, the latter benefits from a strategic location of choice which offers it ideal shelter from the wind and swell.
